Initially a WhatsApp group will be established to get an idea of attendance. However, as it gets closer to the event, those actually attending will be on a group called Lanyard 12 Pubs Group. This is convenient for the organisers and pub owners to know in advance expected attendance and help if any bookings are organised.

Ideally YES if you are up for the journey, especially the first pub. It's a nice souvenir to take home at whatever godly hour your retire from the 12 pubs of Xmas. Also helpful to know and remind yourself of the tour along the way.

No. This is a fun activity and it's left up to the individuals if they want to continue from pub to pub. Strictly this is not a rigid planned event. It's ideally a way of bringing a group of like minded people together, to celebrate the year end.

As this is a fun end of year festive time,  it's suggested to wear a seasonal costume. Most likely the Santa outfits make the event or a Christmas jumper.

Strategically there will be options along the way to eat, either with a pop up food truck or pub grub. There will be NO designated eatery, this is something participants can decide themselves. It's advised to eat before the start pub.
